The 1415 Creole Gardens is Miss Karen's response to those travelers who are intrigued by the decor, atmosphere and uniqueness of the 1891 Castle Inn, but who need to stretch their tourist dollars in order to enjoy as much time as possible in the Big Easy.

This unique property, located in the Lower Garden District Historic Area, was recently purchased and immediately renamed the 1415 Creole Gardens -- the first step in restoring its original charm.

Each room enjoys a private bath and most overlook the banana courtyard. All have air conditioning, a state of the art telephone and voice mail system and cable TV.

Each room is individually decorated by Miss Karen in her famous style. This is New Orleans -- historic and funky, romantic, fun and light-hearted, yet full of first-rate amenities. Rooms range from those with grand 13 foot ceilings, marble fireplaces and private balconies to more affordable rooms in the rear "dependency," overlooking the quiet rear courtyard. All the rooms at The 1415 Creole Gardens are outfitted with high speed fixed-address DSL data ports. Most of the rooms have fridges and microwaves.
